Be a member of the elite guard, the Musketeer! This Adult Musketeer costume comes with the white shirt with billowing sleeves and the blue and gold tunic. The tunic contains the golden-blazed cross, which is actually screen-printed on the costume, and then trimmed in gold-colored satin. This deluxe costume also comes with faux-suede, brown-colored covers for your boot look, and the dashing Musketeer’s hat with golden-trim ribbon, topped with the over-sized feather!

Some History On The Three Musketeers
“One for all, and All for One” was their cry! The Three Musketeers are the characters created by Alexandre Dumas in his novel: Les Trois Mousquetaires (french).
D’Artagnan is one of the most memorable names from the novel and the many film adaptations. However, D’Artagnan was s not one of the “Three Musketeers” from the tile of the book. The names of the three were: Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, who were friends and members of the fighting guard of Musketeers. The great thing about Dumas’ novel and probably gives it the lasting effect was that it was loosely based on real people, places and events of the time period.
For example, the Musketeers were a guard division created by King Louis the XIII of France, and the archenemy, Cardinal Richelieu was an actual person as well. Even the musketeers themselves were loosely based on real-life individuals.
